Valentine's look ft. MUA undressed palette

With the dreaded February 14th looming girlfriends around the globe are deciding how best to impress their other halves, which is where my makeup look may possibly come in.

Not with me of course, I'm part of the elite group of women who cherish not having to shave their legs and splash the cash, although we will admit to slight feelings of envy when hashtags such as '#luckygirl' and '#lovemyboyfriend' are filling up our insta feeds.

The look I have gone for is more of a pretty, day-time look rather than one suited to a candlelit dinner in a swanky restaurant. Of course this look can be warn any day and with anyone, shown by the photos of me taken after a day at college, because in the morning the natural light was too dim to get any decent photos. So let me off for shine please lovelies.

Also this is my first attempt at this kind of tutorial so please be kind and don't dislike me too much if it's completely useless!!

Firstly, cover the eye in shade one of the undressed palette, using a flat eyeshadow brush to create a good base, going around the tear duct to brighten the eyes.

After that cover the eyelid in shade two using the same type of brush, to give the eyes a lovely shimmer.

Using shade 9 and a MAC 219, draw in an outer 'V' with a darker pink (I also think a pomegranate colour would work great for this)

Blend out the look using shade 3 and a fluffy brush (I used MAC's 217) for a softer look.

Finish it off with a flirty eye liner flick using your favourite eyeliner.

Too many selfies! Again I really hope this isn't 100% useless, I know the look is very basic but it can definitely be built upon using other colours from the palette or by just using more of each product, particuarly shade 3 and 9 :)

  2. What a lovely look, I love the natural colours of the palette! Can I just say that you reminded me a bit of Lilly Donaldson, don't know why but some how I can see a resemblance
